Mission and Impact of Associate Executive Consultants

The Associate Customer Success Manager program represents a unique opportunity for part-time or full-time professionals who have been active for 10+ years in executive consulting.

  • Support your clients (or assigned ones) in the practical and effective application of the 80+ A4ManagementTools.

  • Provide consultancy to the General Administrator of the client organization regarding the implementation strategy of the A4ManagementTools.

  • Coach the implementation of the A4ManagementTools (for 80% of the time).

  • Respond to the technical, strategic, or operational needs of clients.

  • Support in difficult cases.

  • Optimize the performance of the client organization.

  • Prepare accurate reports on clients' progress.

  • Provide anonymous consultancy.

  • Offer Upselling and Cross-selling services.

Mission and Impact of Associate Promoter

The Associate Promoter program represents a unique opportunity for part-time or full-time professionals who have been active in this sector for 7+ years.

  • Accompany your clients (or referred ones) in purchasing the 80+ A4ManagementTools and the 80+ Services.

  • Explain and delve into all the tools and services offered.

  • Know, understand, and anticipate the profound evolutionary needs of the clients.

  • Offer Upselling and Cross-selling services.
