Provide consultancy to the General Administrator of the client organization regarding the implementation strategy of the A4ManagementTools.
Coach the implementation of the A4ManagementTools (for 80% of the time).
Respond to the technical, strategic, or operational needs of clients.
Support in difficult cases.
Optimize the performance of the client organization.
Prepare accurate reports on clients’ progress.
Provide anonymous consultancy.

AI & Analytics Integration Lead
We are looking for new team members to accelerate the transformation of A4ManagementTools into an AI-assisted analytics and decision-support platform, focused on the health of organizations and their human capital.
The goal is to integrate Artificial Intelligence into the collection and use of data generated by the 80+ A4ManagementTools, in order to:
Support the definition of evolutionary plans aligned with the client’s vision, mission, and strategy;
Develop 300+ business management tools based on A4ManagementTools, structured data, leadership objectives, and AI support;
Enhance predictive and evaluative capabilities through AI models, ensuring quality, traceability, and explainability.
Selected candidates will contribute to the design and implementation of this integration, with a focus on data quality, analysis procedures, AI models, governance, and translating results into actionable recommendations for management.
